Delete your account

How can I delete my account?

Section titled “How can I delete my account?”
  1. Open Settings → Delete account.
  2. If you still own projects, Collingo lists them first. Transfer ownership or delete those projects before you can continue.
  3. Confirm deletion. You may need to enter your password and, if enabled, a 2FA code.

Deleting your account is permanent. Your subscription is cancelled as part of the process. You cannot recover the account afterward.
